I think it's modeled by the elders. One time our elders went away for two days and they just had the whole time for prayer. No ministry, no business, just prayer. So the elders model that prayer is very important. So I wanted to say this to you, Gary. Last year and this year, I had one of the great privileges of my life was to go into the elders prayer meeting before the service at Grace Community Church and watch all those elders get down on their knees and I almost started crying.

I took a picture, brought it back to our church. Okay, John's a great preacher, but what power comes out of that with the elders on their knees in this great church to think, you know, why are they on their knees? Because they are dependent on God working through the Word.

So we model it and if we don't model it, people follow what they model. They don't think it's devastating. Acts 6:4, very important in our lives.
