The Talking Paradox: Why Listening More Makes You HEARD

So let's go to the talking paradox. If you want your ideas to be heard, you should listen twice as much as you speak. And again, it's counter to what you would think, which is the more I talk, the more I push my ideas out there. If I'm in a room, I need to be the loudest one.

I need to get my ideas heard. Completely counter to that, the people that you actually listen to the most are the people that listen a whole lot. And then when they do speak, It is incredibly pointed, interesting, insightful speaking.
