your second and third trip to a destination is always better than the first because you get to experience and understand a place a bit deeper. And as much as I'm always thinking, oh, I would love to travel to a new place, I wanna see something new, that is an exciting part of travel.

But there are a few countries like Japan and France where we've gone back over and over again. I can't explain how awesome it is to go back to see a place where you don't feel the pressure of needing to check off all these options of places that you have to see, these must-see destinations, and you can just really immerse yourself in the place, get lost roaming the streets, stop for a meal that you weren't planning on.

It just makes every trip awesome. And I think the exciting thing is I'm starting to reframe my mind that you can just do that anywhere. It's okay to go to a country and not see all the marquee destinations. You can always go back.
