Github.com has different features hidden behind a “Feature Preview” menu. You can get there by clicking your profile and go to “Feature Preview.”
One of the options is to turn on Rich Jupyter Diff’s in Github:
This follows a trend of large companies (Microsoft who owns Githbub) using open source tooling (the diff software likely is just using nbdime), making it free and making paid services like ReviewNB obsolete.
